I borrowed the flavours from my delicious Raw Pumpkin Seed & Apricot Balls, added in some kale and avocado and created a hearty green smoothie that is perfect as a smoothie bowl and will keep you satiated for hours.
You will need a blender for this recipe
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 large handfuls of Kale
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed butter, I used Indigo Herbs
- about 8 dried unsulphured apricots
- 2-3 medium bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300ml water of desired, or none for a thick smoothie bowl
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
- Serve immediately.
